Program Manager , Last Mile Launch

About the role

The Program Manager will drive end-to-end operational readiness for new launch sites within the Last Mile network. The Launch Manager will orchestrate cross-functional launch activities and stakeholder alignment, owning the implementation of launch playbooks while ensuring operational excellence through comprehensive testing and site validation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrating cross-functional launch activities and stakeholder alignment
• Owning the implementation of launch playbooks
• Ensuring operational excellence through comprehensive testing and site validation protocols
• Serving as the dedicated launch liaison for site leadership teams
• Developing and executing customized readiness plans to guarantee successful Day 1 operations
• Tracking and completing critical pre-launch milestones according to established timelines and quality standards
• Combining strong project management capabilities with operational execution experience
• Driving alignment across various functions in fast-paced launch environments
• Contributing to the successful scaling of the Last Mile network through standardized launch excellence and operational readiness

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Pay

Base salary range: $74,200.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually
