Program Manager IV

About the role

The Program Manager IV manages the overall execution of the project and coordinates the project team by communicating with stakeholders, managing project reporting on deliverables, supporting project delivery, and aligning with the company's overall goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer the project risk management process and prepare risk management plans
• Analyze plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare bid estimates for projects
• Assess, plan, and engage project resources as needed throughout the life of the project
• Communicate the project plan, including objectives and responsibilities, to the project team
• Communicate with customers and the project team, and conduct project meetings
• Drive project delivery and ensure excellence in project deliverables
• Maintain a project risk register and ensure that the project risk profile is accurate and current
• Manage and oversee all aspects of customer service including scheduling

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
• OR twelve (12) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
• OR six (6) years of experience may be considered with a Masters Degree.
• OR three (3) years of experience may be considered with a PhD.
