Compass International Holdings is seeking a Program Manager of Inventory Strategy & Enablement to own the national programs that increase inventory on the platform. This role exists for one reason: agents across our ten brands should win more listing agreements, launch them through our technology platform, and do it as a matter of habit rather than a one-time campaign. You will own the full arc, from identifying where the opportunity is, to designing the program, to piloting it in a brand and/or region, to rolling it out across every brand and making it stick. You will also own the creation and distribution of what the field actually receives: the playbooks, the talk tracks, the training, and the follow-through that turn a strategy into agent behavior. This is a builder and operator role. You will learn from what has already worked, bring structure and rigor to scale it, and hold yourself accountable to a number.
