Program Manager, Internships Recruiting

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to support Tesla’s Internship and Early Talent hiring efforts. This role will partner with recruiters and managers across different programs, coordinating high‑impact events and serving as the client liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners. You will work with leadership to identify and secure resources for an elevated internship program.

Locations: Palo Alto, CA; Fremont, CA; Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of infrastructure (communications, processes, and event logistics) for recruiting events.
• Support recruiting funnel processes, including trackers, training infrastructure, internship placements, and revamping sourcing methods.
• Utilize AI tools to fulfill data requests, create presentations, newsletters, and other tasks that support internship recruiting.
• Manage school accounts and external partner relationships through regular meetings and updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in internships recruiting, program management, or project management.
• Proven relationship and project management experience with internal and external partners.
• A genuine interest in technology demonstrated by continuous learning throughout your career.
• Ability to lead projects to successful conclusion while balancing efficiency with quality.
• Combination of university career services or corporate recruiting experience is preferred.
