About the role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager to lead and oversee critical IT initiatives within our enterprise infrastructure portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IT program and project management, infrastructure technologies, cloud platforms, cybersecurity alignment, and governance frameworks. This role is responsible for driving successful execution by coordinating cross functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring all program activities are aligned with organizational objectives and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage infrastructure programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategic objectives.
• Drive infrastructure programs and projects across areas such as cloud platforms, networking, and digital employee experience, ensuring solutions align with organizational needs and enhance overall IT service delivery.
• Define program and project scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and KPIs.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative, high performance environment.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Manage the RFP process, including issuing bids, evaluating proposals, and selecting vendors or solutions.
