Role Responsibilities
- Establishes, deploys, and maintains best practice methods
- Clears internal process, documents, reporting, and ceremonies to facilitate adoption and overall utilization of best practices
- Communicates current state and progress of program best practices and continuous process improvement efforts
- Collaborates with leadership to stay ahead of operational trends and manage exceptions
- Draws insights from qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesizes summaries, and makes recommendations
- Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex issues to the executive team and to external stakeholders
- Assesses training needs and conducts training with internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment
- 5+ years of experience with implementations, client support, or customer-interfacing roles
- Demonstrated experience with process auditing and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills, solid analytical skills and attention to details
- Strategic thinker and ability to understand various client’s businesses, technology and financials
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual presentations and effectively facilitate meetings
- Keep informed of new enhancements to the system
- Familiarity with project management software, tools and techniques
- Accounting knowledge is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of payment processing industry preferred
- 10% travel required
