Program Manager, Implementation Standards

Role Responsibilities

• Establishes, deploys, and maintains best practice methods
• Clears internal process, documents, reporting, and ceremonies to facilitate adoption and overall utilization of best practices
• Communicates current state and progress of program best practices and continuous process improvement efforts
• Collaborates with leadership to stay ahead of operational trends and manage exceptions
• Draws insights from qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesizes summaries, and makes recommendations
• Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex issues to the executive team and to external stakeholders
• Assesses training needs and conducts training with internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• 5+ years of experience with implementations, client support, or customer-interfacing roles
• Demonstrated experience with process auditing and process improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills, solid analytical skills and attention to details
• Strategic thinker and ability to understand various client’s businesses, technology and financials
• Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual presentations and effectively facilitate meetings
• Keep informed of new enhancements to the system
• Familiarity with project management software, tools and techniques
• Accounting knowledge is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of payment processing industry preferred
• 10% travel required
