More About Our Team The Program Manager, Implementation & Governance Administration manages assigned strategic implementation initiatives while serving as the team's functional lead for administrative joint venture Board activities. The position manages projects across the Strategic Programs portfolio, which may include IRFs, behavioral health hospitals, BHUs, ARUs, IOP/MSOP programs, expansions, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives. In addition to implementation responsibilities, the Program Manager supports the Director's accountability for Board Management by coordinating Board calendars, meetings, materials, records, action items, and other administrative governance activities. The position works cross-functionally to maintain project momentum, identify risks, coordinate deliverables, and support consistent execution.
