Program Manager III (Secure)
About the role
Located at Faulkner Place, a Secure Residential Treatment Facility in SE Portland, OR, this Program Manager III position supports Cascadia Health’s mission to deliver whole‑health care—integrated mental health and addiction services, primary care, and housing—to promote hope and community well‑being. The role oversees the secure residential treatment program that serves adults with severe and persistent mental health challenges, focusing on psychiatric treatment, personal care, skills training, and case management to ensure immediate safety and preparation for less restrictive living. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring clinical and regulatory compliance, handling finances, coordinating referrals, maintaining documentation, overseeing facility safety and cleanliness, and leading therapeutic services. The position requires flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional swing/overnight shifts and on‑call rotations, and involves working in a residential treatment home with exposure to disease, biohazards, noise, and contaminants; constant alertness is needed to detect and address volatile situations, with occasional lifting of 20–50 lbs and fast movement in escalated scenarios.
Responsibilities
