As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the training and onboarding curriculum, ensuring comprehensive coverage of NDI processes, tools and safety standards.
- Lead and independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the network delivery implementation fast track program, critical to onboarding and upskilling network engineers.
- Define the program roadmap, goals (OKRs), and success metrics aligned with NDI objectives.
- Develop and manage the NDI mentor pool, facilitating pairings and feedback mechanisms to support new hire development.
- Apply technical judgment to understand network deployment details, assess trade-offs, and guide program direction effectively with engineering partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in network planning, network design, data center design, or network deployments.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing technical onboarding or educational programs.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with process automation and dashboarding tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.

Pay
US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
