Program Manager III, Engineering (Hybrid)

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager III, Engineering (Hybrid) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead complex engineering programs from inception through delivery, ensuring strong coordination across stakeholders in a fast-paced technical environment. The ideal candidate will drive alignment, manage risks and dependencies, and improve execution across infrastructure, cloud operations, and site reliability initiatives. This position also involves applying AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Own and drive complex engineering programs from inception to completion across the broader organization. Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on roles and responsibilities. Proactively track program health and address risks and blockers before they impact delivery. Coach teams on program management frameworks and optimize delivery processes. Develop AI-powered solutions that automate routine tasks and improve decision-making. Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional engineering programs in matrixed organizations. Expert-level proficiency in Jira and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with AI development and integration into workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varied audiences. Domain knowledge in infrastructure, cloud operations, site reliability, and operational excellence.
