About the role

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and communicate policies/methodologies for demand/supply management.
  • Utilize best methods in evaluating supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand.
  • Contribute to demand and supply planning meetings with cross functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks/mitigation options/service level goals.
  • Present demand/supply recommendations with sound models and logic to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and drive resolution of supply chain exceptions/escalations in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
  • Experience with Demand and Supply Planning.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with analytics including data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in demand and supply planning methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making.

Benefits

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
