About the role

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the vision and strategy for data standards, data management, and data integration across ESC.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and a single source of truth (SSOT).
  • Oversee the development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and reporting structures to provide insights and early risk warnings.
  • Lead cross-functional programs to improve data quality, data infrastructure, and analytical capabilities.
  • Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. Experience creating and maintaining dashboards to share key data with stakeholders. Experience scripting in SQL.
  • Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in program management, data governance, data management, supply chain management, process improvement, and business communications.

Benefits

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
