About the role
The Program Manager at HOPE Village is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Facilitate community partnerships and collaborations to enhance program impact.
- Monitor program progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public administration, social work).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working with diverse communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in non-profit or government settings preferred.
