About the role
The Program Manager (GPD) is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of housing programs. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of housing policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned housing programs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders including residents, community partners, and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws and regulations
- Prepare and present reports on program performance and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as urban planning, public policy, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housing management or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of housing policies and regulations
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Understanding of community development principles

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The Program Manager (GPD) works Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
