Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Oversight of tasks under AFCEC and NAVFAC fuels design contracts.
Main contact for all contractual matters.
Manages a group of related projects with high risk and complexity.
Coordinates efforts between projects.
Manages client relationships.
Develops new business with Business Line Manager.
Provides vision and leadership for program development.
Analyzes contractual and financial performance.
Directs activities to improve performance.
Prepares high-level plans and policies.
Provides leadership and mentorship for fuels-focused engineering personnel.
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in DOD fueling system project engineering and management.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in an engineering-related technical field such as architecture and engineering (civil, structural, electrical, or mechanical).
- Broad technical knowledge of detail design engineering and construction processes.
- Knowledge of applicable industry and standards and codes (e.g., API, NFPA, UFC, etc.).
- Preferred certifications: API 653 Certification and API 570 Certification.

Pay and Benefits
A good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $165,000-$200,000 annually. Compensation depends on several factors including: experience, education, key skills, geographic location of the position, client requirements, external market competitiveness, and internal equity among other employees within APTIM.
