About the role
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of complex projects within the Ft. Meade area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Experience with federal contracts and compliance regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Knowledge of federal contracting processes
- Experience with Agile methodologies
