Program Manager for Embedded Behavioral Health

About the role

Embedded Behavioral Health (EBH) deploys psychologists and mental health therapists to meet the behavioral health needs of youth with acute / chronic illness and their families. Program management for this program will include working closely with clinicians, program coordinator, and clinical leaders to support operational oversight, provider deployment, utilization management, budgeting, performance reporting, and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clinicians, program coordinator, and clinical leaders to support operational oversight, provider deployment, utilization management, budgeting, performance reporting, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Manage a specific program or group of programs in a specialty/functional area including scheduling and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement the program's objectives in support of identified goals and the continuous improvement process.
• Monitor the program's effectiveness and mobilize stakeholders in support of continuous improvement to the program.
• Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring ongoing effective program operation and/or implementation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance or expand the program and present proposals to management.
• Oversee the process of executing initiatives essential for the success of the program, including communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
• May oversee and lead teams in support of the program's objectives.

Requirements

Note: This is an on-site position at our Hospital Main Campus in Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management.
• Three (3) years experience working on quality and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams; including data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Proven record of project completion, program planning, execution and status reporting.
• Experience leading committees, activities and staff.

Pay

$97,665.00 - $146,497.00 per year
