Program Manager Flexible Services

About the role

Support the Flexible Services Program for an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), maintain the Flexible Services database, and maintain close contact with social service organizations delivering Flexible Services. Leverage complex data analysis to identify potentially eligible members for the ACO's Flexible Services nutrition and housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Follow defined timelines to meet program requirements and goals, and track reporting according to MassHealth requirements.
• Update documentation in the electronic platform used for Flexible Services and the system's electronic health record.
• Comply with all data entry, data integrity, and data tracking requirements.
• Use Tableau for visualizing and analyzing data to discern eligibility data and equity metrics.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and disparities among eligible members.
• Develop strategies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor program performance and update dashboards.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance outcomes.
• Apply advanced statistical and/or predictive modeling techniques to improve multiple real-time, people-centric (dynamic) systems.
• Work with data scientists to design experiments and test hypotheses to support quality and/or financial performance improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate options to complex problems by using mathematics and statistical methods.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience utilizing advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distribution, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.).
• Experience with statistical and data mining techniques.
• Experience in developing processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
