Program Manager - Federal

About the role

A Program Manager is needed to manage various client programs and projects for a Federal Client in Honolulu, HI. The role involves overseeing project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and representing client interests.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and administer projects from conceptual stages through all phases.
• Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and specifications.
• Review contracts, scope documents, and data for project compliance.
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project key performance indicators and forecast any modifications.
• Communicate with stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Lead a construction management team for capital construction projects.
• Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan.
• Coordinate with the Design Manager and manage project to asset handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Federal Contacts/Programs preferred.
• Experience on programs valued over $5M preferred.
• 15+ years of experience, with federal experience preferred.
