About the role
A Program Manager is needed to manage various client programs and projects for a Federal Client in Honolulu, HI. The role involves overseeing project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and representing client interests.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and administer projects from conceptual stages through all phases.
- Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and specifications.
- Review contracts, scope documents, and data for project compliance.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project key performance indicators and forecast any modifications.
- Communicate with stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
- Lead a construction management team for capital construction projects.
- Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan.
- Coordinate with the Design Manager and manage project to asset handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience or equivalent.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with Federal Contacts/Programs preferred.
- Experience on programs valued over $5M preferred.
- 15+ years of experience, with federal experience preferred.
