Program Manager-Family Treatment Services (68465)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff, oversee caseloads, and guide new employee onboarding.
• Conduct regular supervision and provide consultation on complex cases.
• Promote a positive, strengths-based workplace culture that aligns with NorthCare’s mission.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, review clinical documentation, and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent NorthCare with community stakeholders and contribute to expanding service capacity.
• Ensure compliance with all CCBHC, ODMHSAS, and contractual guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP).
• Alcohol and Other Drugs Treatment Practitioner (AODTP) Certification required or willing to obtain.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
• Passion for integrated, recovery-focused, and culturally competent care.
• CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license/insurance and reliable transportation.
