Program Manager Facility Design, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.)

About the role

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level operations across multiple data center design projects
• Monitor performance in terms of schedule, budget, staffing, and risk management
• Identify and tackle program-level constraints affecting delivery efficiency
• Ensure execution consistency across diverse projects and clients
• Support managers in successful project delivery
• Guide business development efforts and proposal writing for new clients
• Coordinate comprehensive preparation for major technical and commercial proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and 8 years of experience or equivalent education/experience
• 5+ years managing complex programs or major projects
• Experience leading proposal efforts
• Strong understanding of A/E/C project delivery process

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
