Program Manager- Enterprise Vetting

About the role

ISN Corporation is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to support a federal agency in Winchester, VA. The PM will assist in overseeing investigation case information, preparing relevant reports, and supporting programs against threats to national security.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives
• Administering PWS objectives
• Overseeing the development of the project plan
• Maintaining alignment with contract objectives and government expectations
• Identifying and mitigating risks
• Managing contract deliverables
• Ensuring quality standards are met across all areas of the project
• Providing research and threat analysis support
• Developing information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products
• Presenting briefings to personnel designated by Government leadership

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Bachelor's degree or five (5) or more years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques
• Professional skills in program management and leadership
• Proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and related software
• Skills in oral presentations and communication of mathematical analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse staff
• Operational coverage for all critical areas to meet Government Leadership requirements
• Collaboration with COR, Government POCs, and Contractor Research Analysts
