About the role

The Program Manager - Engineering Design is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of engineering design projects within a specific program. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with design standards, and delivering high-quality designs that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering design projects
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and clients
• Ensure adherence to design standards and regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
• Perform quality assurance checks on designs
• Communicate progress and issues to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering design management
• Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Experience with client relations and stakeholder management
