Kendra Mitchell is Chief of Staff to the CEO at Walker-Miller Energy Services, serving as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. She helps bring clarity to complex work, translate vision into action, and strengthen cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• More than 15 years of executive experience at the intersection of strategy, operations, people, and law
• Senior leadership roles in both publicly traded companies and high-growth, mission-driven organizations
• Ability to create clarity in complexity, build new functions, and serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs navigating growth and change

Qualifications

• Law degree
• Experience in both public and private sectors
• Leadership roles in cybersecurity, open-source software, digital health, and venture-backed startups
• Executive experience in scaling organizations by more than 130%
• Experience in building and leading People, Legal, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, DEI, and Social Impact functions
• Experience in post-acquisition integration and cross-functional initiatives
