About the role

The Program Manager, Employee Giving and Volunteering at Ripple is responsible for managing and scaling Ripple's employee giving and volunteering programs across global offices. Key responsibilities include working with the Director of Social Impact to lead the company's social impact initiatives, managing CSR software, organizing volunteer events, and crafting communications to engage employees.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Ripple’s Director of Social Impact to ensure Ripple continues to be a global leader in corporate social impact
  • Manage our CSR software, managing global employee matching donations, building high-conversion fundraisers and volunteer pages
  • Drive employee participation by crafting and implementing internal education and communication strategies to increase program awareness and engagement globally
  • Partner with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to curate volunteering opportunities that resonate with global teams
  • Lead the planning and execution of in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report on key participation and impact metrics, providing the Social Impact Director with actionable insights to influence our broader global strategy
  • Travel to various Ripple office locations as needed (20–25%)

Requirements

Proven experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employee engagement within a fast-scaling global company. Direct experience managing CSR platforms (ideally Deed or similar tools like Benevity) and a strong command of donation matching workflows and vetting processes. Experience managing collaborative programs with an exceptional ability to identify, capture and synthesize data. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as HR, Communications, and Workplace to drive program adoption and cultural alignment. Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills. A "bias for action" mindset with the ability to manage complex logistics, from international donation compliance to large-scale event coordination.

NY Annual Base Salary Range: $132,000—$160,000 USD
