As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Design robust data pipelines and a secure, centralized EHS data warehouse to transform compliance feeds into actionable safety insights.
  • Lead the integration of predictive AI models and emerging safety technologies to transition EHS capabilities from reactive tracking to proactive hazard mitigation.
  • Build interactive dashboards, automated compliance scorecards, and advanced analytical features to advance the impact and maturity of internal safety applications.
  • Manage complex analytics projects, ensuring seamless integration between EHS data systems and core operations platforms to automate incident workflows and reporting.
  • Prioritize critical data initiatives across safety, engineering, and partner operations teams to foster alignment and drive the execution of technical EHS visions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in EHS program management or project management.
  • Experience in AL/ML integration across data platforms.

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
  • Experience with the development and deployment of EHS management software and tools.
  • Track record of successfully leading complex cross functional projects and portfolio level programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, paired with a strong demonstrated executive presence.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills demonstrated through clear quantifiable project outcomes.

Pay

US: $159,000 - $231,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
