About the role

The Program Manager - DHA NE&S is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHA) Northeast and Southeast regions. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure program success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet program objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address program challenges.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and policies.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as public administration, business, or healthcare management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of federal health programs and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
