We are seeking a professional, detail‑oriented, and enthusiastic Program Manager to join the Department Relationship Success team or National Volunteer Services. This position will support volunteer engagement and mobilization in SAF, ISD and Corporate departments. This is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere in the USA. The Department Relationship Success (DRS) team is seeking a Program Manager to support volunteer workforce engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This position serves as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of departments, partnering with program managers, business leads, and stakeholders to help departments effectively engage volunteers in support of mission objectives. The Program Manager provides consultation, coordination, and operational support. They help departments identify workforce needs, develop recruitment approaches, navigate volunteer systems and processes, support onboarding
