Responsibilities
- Sets and implements directives from Executive Director and Senior Management Team.
- Ensures employees adhere to agency policies and individual person-centered plans.
- Represents agency leadership during all operational hours, coordinating and evaluating programs.
- Develops and implements services as per staff activity-based interventions.
- Prepares daily schedules and coordinates activities to meet required ratios and clinical standards.
- Coordinates admissions and discharges with external professionals and community resources.
- Follows up on restraints or seclusions with staff debriefings and documentation.
- Maintains availability of a supervisor between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and ensures 24/7 coverage for emergencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in child/adolescent MH/SA treatment services.
- Education and certification meeting the requirements for a Qualified Professional (QP).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid Driver's License.
