Program Manager Credentialing - USFHP

About the role

The Program Manager supports operational teams, identifies opportunities, and implements processes to enhance the member experience across the care continuum. They facilitate and advance innovations in growing membership, which includes both local and system-wide initiatives. The role promotes transparency in seeking member feedback at all points of care and engages caregivers and providers at all levels to drive change towards achieving the goal of "simply the right care."

Responsibilities

• Supports operational teams and identifies opportunities to improve the member experience.
• Facilitates and advances innovations in growing membership, both locally and system-wide.
• Promotes transparency by seeking member feedback at all points of care.
• Engages caregivers and providers at all levels to influence change that aligns with the PacMed goal of "simply the right care."
• Ensures compliance and service targets are met, and identifies, resolves, or escalates any major issues or service failures.

Requirements

• 5 years of health care operations experience.
• 5 years of customer service management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years of experience in consumer marketing (healthcare, direct-to-consumer) utilizing customer lifetime value and net promoter methodologies.
• 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $44.35 - $68.86 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

This position is full-time and works on a day shift.
