Job Responsibilities
- Own the full experiment lifecycle from intake, hypothesis definition, and feasibility assessment through launch, monitoring, and analysis handoff.
- Maintain a leadership-ready roadmap that sequences the experiment pipeline, manages capacity collisions, and surfaces prioritization trade-offs.
- Partner with three vendor teams to oversee day-to-day experiment tickets, ensure all experiments capture required information, and confirm success metrics are properly instrumented.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with site management, product management, analytics, design, engineering, and merchandising teams to unblock issues and rescope work as needed.
- Provision access and deployment instructions for experimentation and analytics tooling across the network, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, ContentSquare, and internal platforms.
- Define sharp hypotheses with clearly articulated KPIs, guardrail metrics, minimum detectable effects, and estimated test durations.
- Enforce data-quality discipline throughout experiment execution to ensure clean, trustworthy results.
- Design personalization and audience-targeting scenarios using segmentation strategies and CDP-integrated tooling.
- Synthesize experiment results and evidence gaps into actionable, low-lift, high-value test recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical partners and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and roadmapping in close collaboration with program leadership.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience running A/B and multivariate experiments end to end on consumer web or eCommerce properties.
- 8–10 years of experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation toolkits.
- 8–10 years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
- 8–10 years of experience applying online and digital UX and eCommerce best practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing concurrent projects with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with website personalization programs and audience-targeting platforms, with Adobe Target or CDP exposure strongly preferred.
- Background in digital marketing, website optimization, or customer experience programs preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, digital marketing, or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Digital marketing degree preferred but not required.
- End-to-end A/B/n experiment management on consumer web or eCommerce platforms.
- Hands-on proficiency with experimentation tooling such as Adobe Target, Azure ExP, Optimizely, AB Tasty, LaunchDarkly, or StatSig.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Power BI for performance measurement and reporting.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for work management, ticket tracking, and pipeline visibility.
- Personalization and audience segmentation expertise, including targeting scenario design and CDP exposure.
- Experiment design rigor including hypothesis formulation, KPI and guardrail definition, MDE calculation, and duration planning.
- Cross-functional program management skills spanning engineering, design, analytics, and merchandising stakeholders.
- Roadmap sequencing and prioritization with the ability to manage pipeline collisions and capacity constraints.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- High accountability, self-direction under ambiguity, and a bias for action over prolonged alignment cycles.
- Ability to leverage AI tooling to accelerate insight synthesis and reporting is a plus.
