Program Manager (Contingent 034)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the daily operation of assigned program(s)
• Plan program schedules and budgets with appropriate functional managers
• Deliver programmatic oversight and operational systems support
• Provide acquisition program management and analysis support services
• Communicate complex technologies and program challenges to senior leadership
• Coordinate cross-program and cross-domain integration
• Manage integration forums, working groups, and technical/battle rhythm events
• Interface with government personnel
• Develop, maintain, and execute a living Program Management Plan (PMP)
• Lead development and execution of the Phase In Plan
• Formulate and review project feasibility studies
• Prepare, review, and update program documentation
• Represent the company to customers and provide leadership
• Monitor and prepare budget expenditures
• Ensure reporting and data deliverables are prepared and submitted
• Work independently and detail oriented
• Strong writing and computer skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Interface professionally with all levels, both internally and externally
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of ten (10) years related work experience
• Must have a solid understanding of and knowledge of U.S. Federal Government contracting and procurement process
• Prior military service is preferred, not required
• Must have a clear understanding of proposals processes and guidelines
• Experience in interfacing directly with the government designated representatives and supervising various task order activities is also required
• Must possess a comprehensive background in operations management, program analysis, logistics, strategic planning, process improvement, resource management, team building, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership
• Must understand and comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain the required level of security clearance
