Program Manager - Consumer Products
About the role
Sandisk seeks a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment and momentum across various departments. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development tools.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Oversee execution across ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and iteration, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Facilitate Regular Syncs: Organize and lead regular meetings with product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Program Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed plans to guide program success, creating and maintaining project timelines, roadmaps, and resource plans, adapting as needed to changing priorities.
- Monitor Progress: Monitor progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Provide Updates: Provide clear, concise updates through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored to different audiences.
- Identify Bottlenecks: Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, implementing scalable solutions and best practices.
- Led Cross-functional Launch Planning: Lead cross-functional launch planning, ensuring readiness across marketing, sales, support, and operations.
- Establish Post-launch Monitoring: Establish post-launch monitoring and feedback loops, enabling rapid iteration and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
