About the Role

The Program Manager for MCMG Clinical Services - Pulm/Critical Care & Digestive Health supports the planning, execution, and operationalization of medical group programs and initiatives. This role partners with day-to-day operational leaders to implement growth, access, and efficiency initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered effectively and transition into sustainable operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and operationalization of medical group programs and initiatives.

  • Ensure programs are delivered effectively and transition into sustainable operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Project Management coursework preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting healthcare operations, programs, or projects.
  • Experience in a medical group or ambulatory care environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to influence outcomes through coordination and execution.
