About the Role
The Program Manager for MCMG Clinical Services - Pulm/Critical Care & Digestive Health supports the planning, execution, and operationalization of medical group programs and initiatives. This role partners with day-to-day operational leaders to implement growth, access, and efficiency initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered effectively and transition into sustainable operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and operationalization of medical group programs and initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Project Management coursework preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience supporting healthcare operations, programs, or projects.
- Experience in a medical group or ambulatory care environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
