About the role

Expedient Technology Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist in Miamisburg, OH. The position also includes responsibilities for Business Intelligence Analyst in Dayton, OH, and Software Developer in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
• Implement and troubleshoot new software applications
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Document and maintain knowledge base of common issues and solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
