Responsibilities

  • Own the internal reporting and business analytics/intelligence for operational programs. Support the development and maintenance of the internal communication hubs for the organization.
  • Perform review of documents uploaded in the drive to ensure compliance, assisting in drafting and maintaining the document intake and maintenance guide.
  • Prepare for the annual audit by checking a sample of data centers for completeness and adherence to naming standard. Help coordinate mandatory training materials.
  • Manage "need-to-know" access requests and ensure security protocols are followed. Support the administration of the change management program.
  • Support the administration of the change management program. Identify and implement process improvements across all areas of focus to ensure the organization is moving fast and scaling effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience in program or project management.
  • Preferred qualifications: 4 years of experience in program management with a track record of fostering operational excellence. 3 years of experience developing analytical frameworks to underpin decision-making processes. Experience executing on projects and programs involving cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team environment. Proficient in program management methodologies, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
