About the role
We are seeking a Program Manager to support the evolution of the Content Planning & Production Platform (CPP), a critical product ecosystem used by content planners, creators, and conference stakeholders to plan, produce, and publish Gartner research and event content. This role operates within a product-led organization focused on continuous value delivery, product adoption, and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of initiatives across internal content planning and production systems
- Cross-functional coordination of workstreams across IT, product, UX, and business teams
- Track progress against product goals (adoption, engagement, satisfaction, business outcomes)
- Partner with Product Owner to gather, synthesize, and document requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Help manage backlog prioritization aligned with product roadmap/leadership priorities
- Engage stakeholders across multiple levels and functions to align on priorities and outcomes
- Facilitate working sessions, requirements workshops, and sprint ceremonies
- Ensure clear, consistent communication across distributed teams
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to workflows and tools
- Support continuous feedback loops and rapid iteration based on user input
- Assist in defining success metrics and monitoring performance
- Partner closely with a Product Owner (offshore) to: strengthen requirements quality, improve backlog hygiene and prioritization, build product management capability
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in program/project management, product operations, or related role
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and managing product delivery
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience with tools like JIRA
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across audiences
