CDS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of a Base Operations & Maintenance (BOM) contract supporting Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF).

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader with extensive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) experience supporting federal or Department of Defense contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and management for all contract operations at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Direct and supervise Lead Supervisors, functional area managers, and technical personnel across multiple disciplines.
  • Ensure contract performance meets all requirements for quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee staffing, certifications, licensing, and security requirements to maintain full contract compliance.
  • Manage Preventive Maintenance (PM), Operational Work Orders (OWOs), and Direct Maintenance Orders (DMOs) utilizing GFEBS.
  • Prepare and deliver management reports, briefings, meeting minutes, and contract deliverables.
  • Provide responsive leadership, including availability for after-hours operational support in accordance with contract requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum five (5) years of operations management experience overseeing: Human Resources, Financial Resources, Facility Repair & Maintenance, Contract Management, Executive Reporting and Presentations. Minimum two (2) years of experience serving as a Program Manager on an O&M contract valued at more than $20 million annually.
  • Additional Requirements: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Must be a legal U.S. resident. Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI for the duration of the contract.
