Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead global AVaaS program delivery (design transition, steady state)
• Own SLA performance, service quality, and financial management
• Drive transition planning, risk management, and vendor coordination
• Interface with Organization leadership for governance, reporting, and escalations
• Ensure alignment with AV standards, security, and compliance
• Manage OEM/vendor ecosystem & transition risks
• Oversee event, studio, and VIP support delivery
