Program Manager

About the role

You will serve as the primary point of contact for client relationship management, with a focus on client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, business consolidation, product and service sales, and financial oversight, including budgets, billing, payments, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop an all-inclusive travel program with your client
• Implement a Business Plan to establish, achieve and measure the business objectives of the travel program
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers
• Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation
• Work closely with our Implementation Specialist during onboarding of new business to ensure customer expectations are met

Requirements

• Prior travel management company or related business travel account experience desired
• Account management experience required
• Extensive business travel industry experience
• Solid Regional or Global Program Management experience
• Experience in implementing and managing large market/global clients preferred
• Able to travel when needed

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in travel management or related fields

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of National Program Manager is between $60,000 and $90,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
