Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aerospace manufacturing or engineering programs.
• Ensure all technical, financial, and schedule commitments are met for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Drive program performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Align to contractual requirements, manage program budgets and timelines, oversee change control, and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional workers.
• Develop and maintain program timelines.
• Coordinate and lead project kick-offs.
• Initiate, monitor, and communicate project issues both internally and externally.
• Project logistics coordination.
• Primary responsibility for project document and data control.
• Single point contact with all assigned customers.
• Participate in daily scheduling meetings.
• Change control management - financial and document/data.
• Reporting of project issues, constraints, and proposed solutions to internal team.
• Contribute to corporate quality policy and objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced user of all MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• 4-year degree or equivalent Program Management work experience.
• 5-10 years manufacturing management experience.
• Aerospace Tooling experience.
• Enovia experience preferred.
