Program Manager Overview

ValidaTek is seeking a Program Manager to lead an IT infrastructure program that ensures a common view for all enterprise-wide capabilities, supported by structured processes, knowledge sharing, and performance management. This role involves driving execution, maintaining clear lines of accountability with the customer, and managing a team in a 24x7x365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage an infrastructure team to ensure the program meets and exceeds IT/Network operations standards and best practices.
• Be the single point of contact for the customer, working within a cleared environment that adheres to relevant rules and regulations to safeguard classified information.
• Continually improve processes to enhance success in this role.
• Manage long-distance CONUS travel as dictated by the contracting officer and contracting office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience, with 5+ years in a DoD environment.
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge in project management, operations, and technology research.
• Experience in procuring IT hardware and software.
• PMP certification required.
• ITIL Foundations and DoD 8570 IAM level II certifications required.
• Current TS clearance and SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, with a master’s degree preferred.
