About the role

The Department of Pediatrics, Section of Developmental Pediatrics, is seeking a Program Manager to support the expansion of Early Foundations. This role is essential in advancing program growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, coordinating, and overseeing quality assurance efforts
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain program standards and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 48 months of program development, program management or related experience

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License

• Targeted salary up to $72,500 annually depending on experience
