About the role
Execute the North America product roadmap by leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of critical programs.
Responsibilities
- Translate product strategies into clear program plans with milestones
- Partner with teams to assess technical risks and establish program rhythms (planning, reviews)
- Align stakeholders and map dependencies across functions
- Mitigate risks and remove blockers to keep programs on track
- Act as the primary source of program status updates for leadership
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Technical fluency and experience with software development lifecycles
- Ability to influence without authority
- Proven track record in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments
- Focus on simplifying processes and driving efficiency
