Program Manager

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a fast-paced Marketing Applied AI team for a large enterprise client. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a Marketing, Product Marketing, or Marketing Operations environment and has experience leading complex programs involving business stakeholders, technical partners, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track strategic AI-focused programs
• Coordinate efforts across Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership teams
• Build and maintain project plans, trackers, status reporting, and documentation
• Drive milestone execution and risk management
• Support budget tracking and OPEX reconciliation processes
• Help implement and scale AI tools and workflows across business teams
• Improve team operations through process development and program governance

Requirements

• 8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Program Management experience
• Strong experience supporting Marketing or Product Marketing organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing seasoned leadership
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, automation tools, or AI adoption programs strongly preferred
• Budget management and operational planning experience

Pay

$60.00 - $70.00/hr
