About the role
The Program Manager will lead the development and execution of educational programs designed to scale learning outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet organizational goals and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure all programs meet high standards of effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of program performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
