About The Role
The Program Manager runs cross-functional initiatives that align engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver complex technical programs. This role drives execution on infrastructure scaling and product launch roadmaps, ensuring dependency management, risk mitigation, and clear communications are maintained across distributed teams. This position operates at the intersection of technical complexity and operational execution. The team relies on this role to establish operational rigor, streamline product delivery pipelines, and transform strategic goals into structured, measurable execution plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of highly technical cross-functional programs, managing dependencies across multiple engineering and product teams
- Establish program KPIs, milestones, and tracking mechanisms using Jira, Confluence, and advanced roadmapping tools
- Identify, document, and proactively mitigate risks and blockers that threaten timeline commitments or technical quality
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team alignment syncs
- Design and implement lightweight, scalable processes to improve development velocity and cross-departmental collaboration
- Communicate program health, milestone achievements, and critical path risks clearly to executive stakeholders through regular reporting
What We Are Looking For
- 4-8 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or operations management within a fast-growing technology company
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder technical projects from initiation through delivery
- Deep familiarity with agile software development methodologies, SDLC phases, and engineering workflows
- Advanced proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, or SmartSheet
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Operations, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification, and experience managing remote or distributed teams
