About the role
We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee life sciences R&D GxP programs with a focus on Veeva Vault Clinical implementations.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and engage with senior IT and business stakeholders
- Lead cross-workstream, vendor, and program collaborations
- Chair steerco meetings and steer program direction
Requirements
- Expertise in program management, client relationship management, and senior stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Veeva Clinical solutions, particularly CTMS, Site Connect, or eTMF
- Strong life sciences R&D GxP knowledge
- Onsite work in Wilmington, DE, three days per week (potential flexibility after initial months)

- Leadership skills and program steering ability
- Extensive experience in clinical GxP environments
