Program Manager

Role: Associate Program Manager supporting helmet mounted display development and production programs in the military market. Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects ensuring compliance with program processes, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, technical requirements, and risk management.Provide timely status reports to senior leadership and conduct cross-functional meetings to address issues.Maintain customer communication and satisfaction, supporting proposals and follow-on business.Manage technical and financial risks, lead technical reviews, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.Act as Capture Lead for proposal efforts and ensure proper communication with customers and team members.Coordinate activities across departments and with international offices as needed. Qualifications & Skills: U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass security clearance.Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.2-4 years’ experience as an engineer, with preferred program management experience.Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools.Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred:Experience in defense contracting, avionics, EVMS, PMP certification, and multilingual skills.
