Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead and oversee multiple complex projects related to maritime systems development, including command, control, warfare, and weapons systems. They will manage project planning, technical direction, financials, and risk mitigation, ensuring quality and compliance with DoD contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies
• Provide technical guidance
• Manage budgets
• Oversight configuration and data management
• Handle contract responsibilities
• Produce stakeholder reports

Qualifications & Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or related discipline, with 10-15 years of managerial experience leading diverse technical teams in naval systems, including software/hardware management
• Proven ability to manage budgets, coordinate complex projects, and interface with customers
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and good judgment are required
• A current active Secret security clearance is mandatory
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform related tasks is also necessary
